Dear all,

i have unexplained problem below:

PR from Service Activity:

Activity Quantity - 1 AU

Service line item:

Quantity - 1 AU

Gross Price - 0.00

PO (referenced to same PR)

under Services tab:

Quantity 1000 AU

Gross Price 1.00

Actual Quantity - 1000

Problem: no PO history, no Service entry sheet for that PO.  how is this possible? anyone can give suggestions?

Hi Ramesh,

for this follow the access path

go to spro >> project system >>  MATERIAL  >> DEFINE field selection for component >>  detailed view for materials or material overview.  Check the fields might be purchse order exists field is hide there.

if your problems is still not solved can you put some screen shots so that it will be easy for experts to recify the proble.

hi sulabh,

thanks for the reply..

the problem is basically this... in my PO (service), the actual quantity is already posted however no service entry sheet has been posted... (in Services tab, actual quantity is already same as quantity, this is only supposed to happen after service entry is done, otherwise actual quantity should be 0, however in my case, actual quantity is already present)

this is most likely a problem SAP itself but checking forum first if anyone has encountered this problem before/any known SAP note available.

hi sulabh, that is exactly my problem...

i have no idea how the actual quantity was posted.  no po history, no service entry sheet..

Yes, i am sure that actual quantity is posted, no ABAP programs/customizations are used to post any service entry.

Yes, i am sure that there is no service entry, i checked in ml81n and other reports, no service entry sheet has been created. no GR document as well..

regards,
