se80 GW Model creation - "from scratch" option gray out

Hi,

I'm trying to create a handcrafting data model on an Gateway box (w/ Duet Enterprise FP1 SAP add-on), I can't click on "from scratch" option because it is gray out (disabled). Other 3 options are fine to pick.

My account is granted to SAP_ALL, and also with a custom role (derived from /IWFND/RT_DEVELOPER).

Anything missing in my configuration ?

Hi There,

In the Create Data Model dialog box, enter a new data model name and select "PS" for the data model type. Then by pressing "Enter", the option Create From Scratch will be available for selection.

One additional note, if you have installed the latest IW_FND 250 SP03 software component in your NetWeaver Gateway system, you will see a new checkbox with the label "OData Channel" right below the From Scratch radio button, make sure you uncheck (disable) this checkbox. For Duet Enterprise FP1 relase, the option "OData Channel" does not apply.
