Interoperability.Framework

Hello

I'm trying to use Java KM API from my iView that I've developed with PDK .NET but I don't know how to invoke the remoting interoperability.

I guest I have to use the namespece <b>SAP.Portal.Interoperability.Framework</b> but I can't find documentation about it.

Where I can find documentation or code samples?

Regards

Hi,

Using the KM API from the PDK.NET is currently not possible.

The only 2 services that are available are user management & system landscape.

Hi,

I know that there is some kind of web interface for the KM. I am not familiar with it. I suggest you consult with SAP support.

Another option is the create your own web service in the portal that will access the KM API, and use that service from .NET portal components

For all the people interested:

I've contacted with the support center and they reply me (very fast, thanks also)

"KM does not offer access via web services so far."

so, I should develop my own web services interface that call the KM Java API, but I think that is gona be easier to develop a full Java Portals iViews.

I agree that there is some work to be done with the service, but to my opinion developing .NET iViews is easier and faster.
