rebate agreement_mass settlement _vb(7

Hello Gurus,

when executing the mass settlement [VB(7] for last two months, the program settles hundreds of old agreements.Any idea for this?

SELECTION CRITERIA -VB(7 :

Rebate Agreement -         Blank

Rebate Recipiant-            Blank

Validity End Date Before- 31/3/2013

Org Data: Sales Area-     1000/10/01

Periodic Partial Settlement:

Accnting settl period :     Blank

settlement period:          31/3/2012 ,30/4/2012

Rebate settlement status:   Open

Actions: Carry Out Partial Settlement

Thanks Shiva for your suggestion...we have two types of rebate A ,B...

In config A is of status "OPEN" for settlement  where as B has the settlement status "AGREEMENT  RELEASED FOR SETTLEMENT"..We don't do mass settlement VB(7 for type "B".

Unfortunately in VB(7 (with the selection screen shared earlier) some rebates of type "B" got partially settled,which it should not..as in Vb(7 selection screen we checked the rebate type "open"..any idea pls share

You need to select rebate settlement status as Agreement released. If you select open, then all the open agreements will get processed, that is the reason why old agreements are also processed.
