Pallets (storage units)are printing in random order

Dear all,

We are having a transfer order with many number of line items with various SU numbers ,materials .But while printing the system is printing the pallets randomly without taking consideration into materials like for example as below .We want the system to print all the pallets of   material 22131318 firstly then it should print the pallets of material 22131330 but instead it is printing firstly the SU 00650103450009604631  of material 22131318 then it is printing the SU 00650103450009604211 of material 22131330 and so on for material 22131330 and then printing the SU of material 22131318 again which is in correct .So please help to resolve this issue .We have customized the required sort profiles in path logistics execution-warehouse managemnt-activities -transfers-processing performance data

You need to maintain sort profile in OMNU transaction.

We have already made the required configurations in OMNU

If you maintained sort profile then could you please check with ABAP person why it is changing the sequence while it is printing.

We maintained the sort profile with sort parameters in OMNU as  parameters below

DS1       2           SPOOI    LDESI    REFNR    FORMI    LGNUM    TANUM    TAPOS

WH  sort profile  sorting parameters

Please correct me if we have done any thing wrong with the sorting parameters in sequence if yes what sorting parameters i need to give to correct it

Mean while we are facing the problem with movement type 101 is there any settings i need to do other than for this movement type 101

I am not able to see in your sort profile MATNR,If you maintain Matnr then it will sort on material wise to print the pallets.I think this is the reason it is not sorting.Please use MATNR to sort on material wise.

Thanks for your reply.Yes we have not given matnr here .And also i would like to say you that we defined also a sort profile in warehouse mgt-activities-transfers-processing performance data -define profiles-sort profile for TO splitting where we have given the correct sort parameters as

DS1    2    VLTYP    MATNR    CHARG

and before this we have configured the profile for transfer order split and in performance data control we have assigned the TO split profile to warehouse ,movement type,source and destination storage type .Please let me know wheather the system will consider the sort  profile defined in SPRO--logistics execution-warehouse managemnt--Storage Units--Activities--Define Print Control or sort profile defined in warehouse mgt-activities-transfers-processing performance data -define profiles-sort profile for TO splitting , in SPRO--logistics execution-warehouse managemnt--Storage Units--Activities--Define Print Control the sort parameters has been assigned wrongly

As you are printing Pallet lables ,So you need to define sort profile for Storage unit area,other wise it will ignore while printing.Please maintain the profile in Development system then check how system behaving .

You said there is aproblem with mvt 101 ,Can you tell me what is problem are you facing ?.

The issue while printing the pallets for the call off PO in which the TO will be created with movement type 101

So you need to define sort profile for Storage unit area, -Means are you saying to maintain sort profile in OMNU transaction isn't it

Yes ,You are right .Add Matnr in OMNU sort profile for printing storage units.For coll of  PO currently what is the mvt the your TO is creating.

If you see in OMCN transaction you can find two tabs.

1.Print Code

2.Movement type.

In print code you need to define the warehouse and print code and sort profile.

This one need to be assigned movement type for the perticular warehouse.
