Its obvious that different carriers for road and ocean will have different EDI messages to transfer which gets posted in EM. The freight orders and booking orders gets updated based on the message posting.
Basically the event handlers should be created based on various document types related to road and ocean transport for any TM-EM integration and hence different EE profiles should be attached to it.

Is is possible to have different 'expected events' based on different carriers?
For example, two shipments with the same properties are once sent to one carrier (who is able to sent events 1,2,3 (for example)) and other times sent to a different one (who is able to sent events 4,5,6).
