RWD uPerform has stopped working - how to fix it?

Hi everyone,

I have Windows 7 (32 bit)
have already installed RWD uPerform but after using it for a several times error occurs.

How to fix it?

Maybe someone had the same problem?

I have the exact same problem in Win7 64bits, has anyone found a solution?

Hi Yulia,

- Version of server OS in use
- Type of Database application and the version of it

Do you see any errors in the following logs

<install dir>\Collaboration\log\CollabConsole.txt
<install dir>\Collaboration\WWW\uPerformWS\logs\ServerErrors.xml
