Budget commitment increased after PO deletion

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a unlikely issue in our FM module.

First of all I set up the Service Line Commitment tick at ML91. After mark this tick, I create a PR with the following values:

PR = A1

10 - Big Service

Service Lines

     - Small Service 1 = $10,00

    - Small Service 2 = $5,00

    - Small Service 3 = $10,00

Once the PR has been created, I created the PO referencing the PR. Our PO will only use the Small Service 1.

PO = B1

10 - Big Service

Service Lines

     - Small Service 1 = $10,00

After the PO creation, if we go to FMB_PL01 report, we can see that the reduction performed in PR has been done correctly.

FMB_PL01

PR = A1 - 100 - Small Service 1 = $10,00

PR = A1 - 100 - Small Service 2 = $5,00

PR = A1 - 100 - Small Service 3 = $10,00

PO = B1 - 200 - Small Service 1 = - $10,00

PO = B1 - 100 - Small Service 1 = $10,00

Total Commitment = R$25,00

As we can see the total commitment after the PO creation is still in R$25,00.

If we go to PO and put all the items in garbage, I mean, cancel the PO, the total budget commitment increases, I mean it compromises more than $25,00 what doesn't make any sense.

If I delete it, it should maintain the same value but removing the reduction created by the PO.

I'll create another post attaching the step by step that I've created showing this issue. The file has the .pdf extension. I'll change it to upload it here. So after the download please change the extension from .txt to .pdf to see the content correctly.

Best Regards,

Rodrigo Amorim
