hi deepak
we can also test the maaping in the message mapping, interface mapping. once u have mapped the source and target use the test fucntionality avialable in both the place to see if the target is framed. For Idocs u can use the transactuion we19 and set the value for the segments and execute. check the status in we02. if it has processed it wud ahve reached xi box from where u can check its status from sxmb_moni. if the stauts shows error message take the payload and test the mapping if the error is with reagrds top mapping. there are couple of troubleshooting guides avaibale which will assis u in testing also
Ps: award potins for helpful replies.

Hi,
There is a separate tool for testing in XI - Detroubulator.
Go thro these blogs:

Hi Deepak,
If ur scenario has IDoc system as sender, you can use transaction we19 in R/3 system to send IDocs.
Select the IDoc type in we19, enter control record fields and data record fields.
This will be helpful to test the IDoc scenario.

Uma
