material cod issue

Hi All,

I have a problem: where customer is saying that  he is not geting the correct material code code means he receining the a SAP material code instead of customer ref. material.

suppose : SAP mateiral is A, in material determination we have substitute with B. but customer is getting the mat. A.

we are receiving a report against this with a error.Please advice.

Hi,

I think it is the problem with ABAP coding, contact your ABAPer and ensure the tables which your are using does contain fields of cutomer material and SAP material.
