Quantity in stockkeeping unit is zero

Hi Gurus,

When i enter 0.250 KG  in Picking and  delivery Qty in Delivery, overall Picking status becomes blank.so the error i get in PGI is "Quantity in stockkeeping unit is zero"

Pls suggest the solution.

unit of measure for this product in Tons but sales unit is KG

Hi Lakshmipathi,

i have mentioned the conversion as 1000 kg= 1 ton(Base UOM is TO)

but after changing the UOM in SO as KG when i dispatch, in deliver when i enter Delivery qty and Picking qty as 0.250KG, ovrall picking status becomes blank, and after doing PGI sytem shows  error as Qty in stock keeping unit is Zero
