Cannot cancel movement

Hi, we have come across a problem in our warehouse.

The goods input has been made for material 40527, the delivery bill is written 233 kg, the actual amount is 180 kg.

The material 40527 has QM view active, so 233 KG entered into Quality stock by 101, then system automatically made 102 for 53 kg, net input = 180 kg.

Now it is seen that the delivery bill amount 233 kg is invalid, it is wrong calculated, another goods input has been made (207 kg) for the same material, and this has been QA approved , used and consumed in production, no problem with the second goods input.

We want to cancel the goods input of 233 kg, it says stock is 180<233 , you can not.

We want to cancel the 102 movement first, but then we get the error that we should do it via QM.

Where and how can I cancel this second QM-generated movement? Thanks a lot

Hello,

Please refer SAP Note:  48815

Other setting are:

Choose Logistics -> Materials Management -> Inventory Management -> Goods Movement -> Goods receipt -> For purchase order -> PO number known.

- The initial screen for creating a goods receipt for a purchase order appears.
- In the field for the movement type, enter 102 (goods receipt for a purchase order into warehouse - reversal).
- In the field for the purchase order, enter the purchase order number for the original goods receipt.
- You can copy the purchase order number from the inspection lot.
- Choose Enter to display the selection screen for the purchase order items.
- Select the purchase order item for which you want to create the goods receipt and set the Stock type indicator to the stock to which the goods were originally posted with the usage decision (for example, F for unrestricted-use stock or S for blocked stock).
- Save the goods receipt and exit the Materials Management component.

Choose Logistics -> Quality management -> Quality inspection -> Inspection lot -> Usage decision -> Change with history.

- The initial screen for changing a usage decision appears.
- Enter the number of the inspection lot for which you previously made the usage decision and choose Usage decision (UD).

To cancel the inspection lot, choose Usage decision -> Functions -> Cancel lot in the usage decision screen.

Hope the information is useful

Thanks for the reply.

But the movement we want to cancel is the 102 movement, the one that's been made automatically.

Thus we can add up it 233 again and cancel it completely.

Now we have 180 in quality stock, there is an ins lot for that goods input.

We cannot cancel the 233 Goods input, neither we can cancel the 180 in the same party, bec. of the ins. lot.

Could it be possible if we cancelled the ins. lot thru what you've posted?
