Solman7.1 SR1 - Managed System Conf. Error with Business All in One

Dear Team

I have installed SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SR1.

Currently, I have completed the System Preparation Step and Basic
Configuration Steps.

I have
- installed the Wily Introscope manager in the solman system itself.
- Installed the diagnostic agent in one of the demo Business all in one - ERP system

While executing the Managed System configuration --> Prerequisite Check, getting error as

"The definition of Technical System '<SID>~ABAP' is not
correct: '<SID>~ABAP': No Physical or Virtual Host found under the
Logical Host '<hostname>'."

Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Please verify if the SAP Host agent and SMD agent are running fine on the managed system's host.

Also apply the latest patch for the SAP Host agent. Restart both the host agent and SMD agent and retry the managed system setup.

I had the exact same issue with an ABAP system only.

Went to Managed System Configuration ==> "System Operations" ==>" Maintain System". In the left pane Navigation Tree click "Hosts" and then I  Changed the Host Name Type to "Virtual Host: Host name as known by the virtualized OS".
