Cannot add autoreaction method to MTE class

Hi All,

i am trying to assign my autoreaction method zccms_send_alert_to_alm to the mte class in the node of my xi monitor (trans:rz20).but when i select method definition and try to choose my autoreaction method,i am not getting my autoreaction method.

I have already defined my auotreaction method pointing to my alert category which was originally copied from ccms_send_alert_to_alm.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Aravind,

May be Maximum no. of hits restricted in search.

While choosing the method, open the restrictions tab and increase maximum no. of hits or altoolkey give z*

Thanks Uma...i solved it using your suggestions.

Now i have to see whether i am getting alerts based on the method.
