List of Tasks which are not received by Users

Hi Team,

How to get the List of Tasks which are not received by Users in GRC PC.

Hi Ram,

As such there is no way to check the list of the task not received by the users.

But after planning the task , we can check its status either completed or stuck by executing the transaction

swi1 in the backend system and to precise the search please give the time along with date.

In that case we have to look for all the tasks and the time period from start to end.

Can u Suggest me some writings/process how the workflow Task goes which help me in drill down the issue.

Hi Ram,

In the case your workflow is not gettin triggered , you can refer to the SAP note 1621650 which has a

troubleshooting guide as an attachment that will help you in getting the workflow triggered.
