Error RU089

Hi all, today I created a PO and released it with date 18.05.2012 as today is not a working day for our client.

Now I am trying to confirm the same but during co15 future date (18.05.2012) the system is not taking. Also today's date it's not taking. Back date also it's not taking. So I am not able to confirm the PO.

The error during confirmation is " Date 18.05.2012 is in the future.Message no. RU089"

Pls suggest how to do the confirmation.

Hello Saurav,

Goto Tcode-OPK4 --> Generally Valid Settings --> Checks --> Date in future.

If you've not selected this indicator, then system will not allow you to do confirmations in future date.

Now the data are

in P.O.-
Start date- 18.05.12
End Date-21.05.12

Type - backwords

P.O. Saved.

In co15 -

Execution start date - 18.05.2012             18.05.2012
Finish exect -              18.05.2012             18.05.2012       
Posting date -             18.05.2012

Error:

Date 18.05.2012 is in the future

I have chkd in op03 that today is a holiday as per factory calender and therefore this problem is coming. So could I not cinfirm a PO on any holiday?
