Mobile Server Configuration Wizard in SAP BO 4.0 SP2

Hi All

I have SAP Bo 4.0 BI platform setup with SP 2. I have downloaded SAP Business Objects Mobile app on my iPad 2. I need to connect it to this BI platform.

I have moved all the .war files to the tomcat webapp location and the respective folders have been formed. I believe, till here everything is OK.

Now when I go to my Mobile Server Configuration Wizard and choose Non Blackberry or Blackberry without BES Deployment. After that I enter Mobile Server external address which is nothing but the host name of the server. Then I put VAS, VMS internal and external ports. Then I choose the default database Apache Derby. By clicking next I get the following error:

Error occured while updating the configuration file ( Mob 20003) .

What could be the solution and how could I get my iPad connected to this platform.

Hi Anshul ,

I have the same problem in customer , look at the SAP Note: 1561277 .

You can have a look at the permission setup to config files in VAS and VMS folder .
