Software Update Manager?

Dear all,

I am running CRM 7.0 EHP1 and would like to upgrade to EHP2.  I used to use SAPEhpi to upgrade EHP last year and now I come cross SUM. Do I have to use SUM to upgrade to EHP2 now? How can I install SUM? I have downloaded the SUM 1.0 SP04 and can I use it to install SUM or I have to download the basic version first? is there any documentation avaialble to show us how to use SUM? Thanks.

never mind. I find the document for SUM 1.0 SP04. I will need to use that to update CRM 7.0 EHP1 to EHP2

i want upgrade SCM 7.0 EHP1 to EHP2.

i tryied to download EHPi but not able to find.

shell i use SUM 1.0 sp04?

yes. SUM replace EHPI.  u can see note 1626284 for details. u can also look up update guide for SUM
