Hello Everyone,

We are having SRM 5.0 with ECS. Two companies in one instance.

Can I restrict one company to view other companies' purchasing documents based on company codes. Requirement is that both companies should not see another's data.

Can anyone suggest that how should we do this ?

Regards,

Khushbu.

Any help for above question ? We have many companies under one root organization unit.

We do not want one company to see any purchasing document for other companies. How can we archive this ?

Thanks,

Khushbu.

This can be achieved by creating customised roles after copying from operational and strategic purchaser roles.

The responsible organisation element have to be defined for the appropriate autharization objects in the role.

Create a new roles each for each company code.

In PFCG go to the authorization objects.

Different authorization objects will be there for different objects (for ex. RFx, Purchaser order etc.)

Inside each there will be responsible organization units.

There you have to assign the responsible company code.
