EWA e-mail filter dswp_sys_email not working after upgrade to solman 7.1

We use the dswp_sys_email view/functionality to send ewa reports of specific systems to specific recipients. This used to work fine in solution manager 7.01. However, recently we upgraded our solution manager 7.01 system to solution manager 7.1 SP4. Since then it looks as if the dswp_sys_email is bypassed and all EWAs are send to all email recipients.

During the upgrade I did not change anything in this configuration.

Did anyone face this issue after a solman upgrade to 7.1?

Any ideas?

Fixed. Apparently the upgrade deactivated the badl.
