Webservice Configuration

Hi All,

  Is that possible to create Webservice in IDES system? If so what configuration i should do to use it. I hope i should get port number and host name and map it in SOAMANAGER tcode, but from where can i get port number and host name in my system? is there any other configuration required to make it work
