Backend PO created with price of last document

hi experts,

i Have created PO in backen from SRM Bid.(Cycle is Bid invitation/Bid award/create PO in backend).

but Price in PO is adopted from Last Purchase order document for the Material. the price in SRM Bid is overwritten in Backend(ECC).

Message showing in SRM is "Net price for item 00010 adopted from last document".

But if i create PO with Cycle(Shopping cart/BID invitation/Bid award/create backend PO), price is adopted from SRM Bid.

can anybody tell how the price is changed when i directly create RFX and PO process?

When RFx is created from shopping cart, some information like account assignment details are taken to the PO (from accepted bid) directly from the shopping carts.

Same is not the case when RFx is directly created.

This may give you some clue to analyse.

The message is a standard ECC message when there is no price in the PO for the condition PB00 and system defaults the previous price from the info record.
