Does anyone know where in config the Action profile gets picked while determining output(message) in Customs Management

Hello Experts,

I have completely setup the communication process in GTS 10.0 for printing the following documents using Action profile "US_CU_EX" under Application "LLS_STANDARD".

SED

SLI

CI

COO

When I try to print the document though the system is determining Action profile as "LLS_US_CU_EX" for some reason.

Any pointers on why it is picking this action profile as opposed to "US_CU_EX"?

Thanks,

Prashant.

Hello Prashant,

Have you maintained fully the configuration in:

> Define Control Settings for Communication Processes

Process Templ.  CUSUS
Process         CUSEX
Process Activit CUSEX

Has the correct action definition been maintained for the messages specified for activity CUSEX  in

> Define Messages for Communication Processes

Example:
Message P0360 > US_CU_EX_CUSEX_P_SED
Message P03070 > US_CU_EX_CUSEX_P_SLI

Kind Regards

Ann Marie

Hi Ann Marie,

Thanks for your response on my post.

I have exactly done the things you mentioned above within Customs management under Communication Processes in IMG.

It is somehow determining action profile LLS_US_CU_EX regardless.

Please let me know if there is anything else I need to check that could be different from what you could think of?

Thanks,

Prashant.

Hi Ann Marie,

Do you know, where from in IMG an entry gets generated in table /SAPSLL/TLECL?

This is the table that drives the determination of Action Profile that was giving me the problem after I tried stepping through the code with a programmer.

Thanks,

Prashant.

Hi Prashant,

I believe the customising is Define Document Types for Application Areas:

IMG: Global Trade Services > General Settings > Document Structure > Define Document Types for Application Areas.

> Select customs declaration > relevant document type

> Control Settings by Legal Regulation > select legal reg. eg. ACE

> Details  and in here you can see the action profile assigned.

A little tip for you, if a table is maintainable in spro, you can find the spro entry by entering the table in transaction SM30 > Customising >  then select contine w/o project.

Hope this helps,

Kind Regards

Ann Marie

Your other question is completely off topic from this thread. Can you repost your question in a new thread and I will try to answer it there?
