Ex-/Import failed (message 14201)

Hi, I tried to export and import configuration data of a site.

Export works fine (so far, I can follow),

but import failes with feedback:

Konfigurationsimport kann nicht abgeschlossen werden; definieren Sie die Produktversion in der Importdatei (Meldung 14201)

I hope anybody can help?

And my message does reach anybody?

Hello Monika,

Can you tell in detail the SAP product you are dealing with and the version. Also can you please tell in detail which step throws up the error.

Hello Sonia,

thank you for answering.

I am using SAP ME 6.0.2.4  counter 2

I log into ME,

select a site,

select "Configuration Data Transfer Export"

create a new Configuration Data Transfer item (as copy from ALL)

(no difference really)

then I login in another system, also ME,

select a site,

select "Configuration Data Transfer Import"

browse for the *.zip File, I created from the other system

click "Import"

receive error message.

Do you need more info?
