Hi,
We are on SRM 7.0 Extended classic scenario.
We are having a problem with the Shooping Cart POWL search for one of our users. The search does not give any results. Even if the user provides the shopping cart number, we get no result. When we search without any parameters we get error "Last query refresh failed, Contact your system administrator"
Under ST22 we see this error "tsv_tnew_page_alloc__failed". However this search is working for all other users.
Could anyone suggest why this is happening?
Regards,
Iti
Hi ,
When you are in POWL you get this
error "Last query refresh failed, Contact your system administrator" --->frequently.
Check the following.
1. Please check any other opened session exist.( if you creating another session in POWL it will occur)
2. Refresh the POWL and check .
3. Go to some other menu and come back to POWL you can see.
4.Log out of the portal and again login you can see the POWL

Hi Iti,
Try refreshing the query for this user.
It often happens when a specific query was changed, updated, or it was used another customized for some user, so it retain the criteria and the new query do not perform correctly.
It is recommended delete old queries and delete the cached selection criteria using reports respectivety POWL_D01 , which is explained how to use in the note 1393721.
Please be aware that:
A) that the report POWL_D01 will delete the existing personalized layout for the POWL search of user and will refresh the cache.
Thus run report POWL_D01 to refresh the query for the user and retest.
Cheers,
Melina

Hi Melina,
Thanks for the reply. I tried with clearing all queries in POWL_D01 for the user, but it didn't work. Also now the user is able to see only the saved carts but not the ones that are aproved or rejected or awaiting approval.
Could any authorization profile be missing here?

Iti
