Hi Vijay,

Try to log on your Linux system, and try to reach the shared directory (eventually, ask to basis team).

If the directory is reached from your PI system, try to change directory's "root" path ("/dir/subdir/" insted of "\dir\subdir\") in Channel Configurations

The connection to Shared FTP working from PI  but the directory details entered in communictaion channel not correct.

Follow simon suggestion entered directory structure in correct format, it should work.

HI Vijay,

Use any client FTP tool like WS_FTP for FTP connection and use the exact path you see in the tool for your file.

It should be the easy way to resolve these.

Hi vijay

what you can do is try to login ftp using command prompt and also check for permission for that user
