Hi Vijay,
Try to log on your Linux system, and try to reach the shared directory (eventually, ask to basis team).
If the directory is reached from your PI system, try to change directory's "root" path ("/dir/subdir/" insted of "\dir\subdir\") in Channel Configurations

We have created a file in linux only using Tcode al11 and it is working absolutely fine.

The connection to Shared FTP working from PI but the directory details entered in communictaion channel not correct.
Follow simon suggestion entered directory structure in correct format, it should work.

what you can do is try to login ftp using command prompt and also check for permission for that user
