Cannot create New Development Component of type Webdynpro

Hi,

I am working on netweaver 7.3. I have created a SC which has dependant software components SAP-JEE, SAP_BUILDT, SAP_JTECHS. However, I am unable to create new Webdynpro component in that SC. It is giving error as

"Software component does not support this development component type. Required DCs are located in an SC that is not visible from the selected one."

Please suggest what dependencies should I add to my SCA?

make sure you have imported the sca for the track.
