TD shipment

Hi,

I need one help on shipment creation with T.code.o4F1.

By default shipment cost relevance indicator is checked and also heder data shipment cost relavence  Header, vehicle ,leg etch is checked and greyed out. Our requirement is we want to manually make it cost irrelevent when ever required also need to change back to cost relevence in o4f2.. Could you please tell me how to do.

Hi,

These Header settings are derived from the config maintained for the particular TD Bulk Shipment type, and hence could not be changed manually during shipment processing.  This indicates that this TD shipment is relevant for shipment cost.

However, should you decide that a particular stage(s) in a route is not relevant for shipment cost calculation, then you can check it in the "Maintain Stages" tab in tcode O4F1/O4F2/O4L4.

In addition, if you decide that for example Header Data has been determined as shipment cost relevant in TD Shipment and you decide that it should not be calculated, then you can only delete the item(s) as necessary during shipment cost processing (in VI01/VI02).
