Hello All,

  Recently we have upgraded the SRM system from SRM 4.0 to SRM 7.0. Immediately  after  we are receiving below dump in R/3(4.6 c) system.

CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND -The function module "BBP_RFC_READ_TABLE" was called, but cannot be found in the Function Library.

The current ABAP/4 program "SAPMSSY1 " had to be terminated because one of the statements could not be executed.This is probably due to an error in the ABAP/4 program.

I cross checked the FM in the system ,but FM doesn't exits  in R/3(4.6 c) system.

Can any one please let me know what the issue is all about ,it is generating 8000 odd dumps in R/3 system. What is the purpose of this FM?

Hello CB,

You would need to create the FM  BBP_RFC_READ_TABLE in your R/3 system.

Please refer to note Note 1175255 - RFC_READ_TABLE creates ASSIGN_BASE_WRONG_ALIGNMENT termnatn
