Smart Form Upload And Download issue

Hi Experts,

I downloaded a smartform from ECC6.0 system and uploaded the .xml file generated in a similar kind of ECC6.0 system.

I didn't get any error at the time of syntax check ,but when i try to Activate i get a error as follow.

"A serious error has occurred

The transaction had to be terminated".

than second: Internal error (illegal structure of data storage)

Message no. SMARTFORMS002.

I tried solution already provided in SDN threads,but it doesn't work.

Please let me know what can be the solution for the same.

Hi All,

There was issue with some of the address nodes due to upgrade.So deleted those Address nodes and recreated them again, which solved the issue.

Hi,

Check if

- the smartforms has a Z* style, probably you are missing that style and that's why u get a dump.

- if the page format doesnt exit, under form attributes, output options.

- on global definitions, if the data is correct and exits on ur new system...

The style is already present in new system.Moreover the data is also the same.

I alreadt had gone through that post...and as per that post it finally suggest to transport from one system to other system rather then upload/download which is not feasible in this case.

Pls suggest something else.

The note is basically for SAP script to smartform migration issue.Am dealing with only Smartform.

I understood that you are dealing with SmartForms only. But the note does give some ideas about want to check. If you still turn up nothing, raise an OSS message.
