ESO_CLM issue after support pack upgrade

Hi Experts,

Recently we have applied support pack on our ESO 5.1/CLM 2.0 system, it was on SP 6 patch 4 and we upgraded it to SP8 patch 5 (ESO 5.1/CLM 2.0).

We are able to see the upgraded version in system information in ESO portal, but after that upgrade few issues have come up,

1. Company logo is missing.

2. Enterprise context is not there in ESO only system context is there.

3 All customization done has been lost (AD configuration for user login).

Please suggest how to proceed.

Hi Zubair,

Upgrade should not change the enterprise context or any of the configurations. You mentioned the enterprise context is not there after upgrade. That leads me to think, either you are not pointing to the correct database or it could be that upgrades steps were not fully followed. It is also possible that install root script may have been run which would result in the behavior you are seeing. You may want to look at the upgrade guide and make sure all the steps were followed in the right sequence and they were successful.

Depending on what the issue is, you may have to restore the DB and redo the upgrade.

Vikram

Hi Vikram,

Thanks for the reply, issue was that we ran install root script, but now the issue is resolved after restoring the DB..
