ITS Mobile for LM03 - Screen Size Issue

Dear Experts,

I have web-enabled LM03 transaction and able to view the screen in the mobile scanning device.However, the screen is very much bigger when appearing on the device.It is not compressing the screen accordingly.I went through the auto generated HTML template it generated and can understand some thing is happening regarding width,height,font of the screen but cannot really interpret and change accordingly as I am not into HTML.

Is this the normal behavior and we need to arrange through HTML to re-size accordingly? Is there any way to re-size the screen accordingly to fit into the device?

My mobile device is DATALOGIC and model is memor.We are on ECC 5 with SAP_BASIS release as 640 and level 25.

Kindly let me know in case you need further details about the issue.

Hi Daya,

maybe you can render the templates with another style. We are using "MOBILE4" for our mobile scanners.

Hi Fetzer,

Thanks for the suggestion.

I changed to style WebGUI and the size is okay now.

I manually commented and adjusted few fields which are not needed to make it further small.
