Authorization object for retreiving the archvied SCs is missing

Dear Experts,

We have archived the shopping carts by creating the custom Archive Information Structure ( AIS ).

when we try to search the SCs via " Advanced Search " screen we are getting the SCs that are archived and when we hit on the SC no. ,a portal page with professional SC details screen will open and shows the message " Object or Set with GUID <XXXXXXXXXX> doesn't exist.

If we try to click the SC no, by having the profile SAP_ALL, we are able to view the SC details without any issue.

I hope some authorization object is missing in order to open the SC details without having the profile SAP_ALL.

Could you please let us know which is the correct authorization object to view the details of the Archived SCs in Advanced search.

Hello,

You can maintain Authority Object 'S_ARCHIVE' in the user profile. This is the authority object which enables the user to read information from the archive data.

Thanks for the Reply, We have the Authorization object "S_ARCHIVE" in the roles when we try to read the data from the archive.

Please try the transaction "/nbbp_mon_sc" in the SRM system. If you are not able to navigate to the transaction from easy access screen, go to any transaction (say spro) and from there enter the transaction.

Enter the number of the shopping cart number and click on start.

Then to know the missing auth object enter /nsu53.

the proposed solution did not worked. The issue is not with the monitor Shopping cart. The issue is with the " Advanced Search " for the archived SCs.
