Dynamic Product Proposal is not proposing the material automatically in Sales Order

Hi all,

          We are setting up dynamic product proposal for a customer. However, when we type in the customer number in Sales order system is not proposing any material based on historic order data . We have maintained all the standard settings but still unable to have this issue resolved. Pl help.

Following are the access sequence settings.

IMG - SD - Basic Functions - Dynamic Product Proposal - Define Product Proposal Procedure and Determine Access Seque

A00001	PP - background
1	SD_DPP_HISTORY	-	A	A	Order History

All the assignments seems be correct. But still the same issue.

Should we  configure product proposal PP-Background or PP-Online ?

you can define the back ground , on that you can use A0001,

SD_DPP_HISTORY-  A-  C- ITEM PROPOSAL

AND CHECK THIS SCREEN

IT IS for item proposal not a order history , and also check assignment

sales are+customer procedure for product proposal + product proposal procedure .

and also check customer here sales tab , item proposal fields
