Hide certain fields in CRMD_ORDER (SolMan 7.0)

Hello experts,

within our implementation of the service desk for SolMan 7.0 we don't need all the fields on the ui in crmd_order (e.g. IBase and Component).

How can we hide these fields?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

This can be done by customizing screen profile. We can hide the tabs easily using this. check "Set up screen Profile" under spro.
