Erorr message in QA11

Dear all,

When making a negative usage decision in QA11. usage decision code "R" - usage decision can be forced

an error message appears: "Purchasing info record not found in purchasing organization 1000".

i checked on SPRO there plant and pur. org. already maintained .

please give me any solution for this.

Hello,

Go to SPRO-Enterprise Structure-Assignments-MM-Assign standard purchasing organization to plant / Use Trxn Code OMKI and assign the Standard Pur Orgn to Plant and Save.

Hello,

Please check:

Have you created a standard info record or Consignment infor record?

Make sure that you have create a info record consignment type

Also

your palnt is assigned to more then one purchase org. and which creates ambiguity for the sytem

please mak one of the org as standard org. in img and before that please check whether the plant is asigned to more then 1 org.
