WebDynpro URL Error?

I am New to Webdynpro and newbie in networking.

This is my link

I and getting the following error when i open the URL generated in application..

I searched online saying something related to domain n extension if that's the problem..how to proceed further??

What can I do? 
If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system ECC in transaction ST22. 
If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server gcecc62_ECC_00 in transaction SM21. 
If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server gcecc62_ECC_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes. 
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Should i add some IP in HOSTS file in system32/drivers/etc location if so what text to add in it???

Please help me out.....

Hi Deepan,

Yes u need to add

1)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

here open the hosts folder with notepad and make an entry like R3 port and Host name(FQDN)

eg:

XXX.XXX.X.XXX     sapides.zsl.local

Then log out and login again and check.

2)Cross check once whether u have activated all the services ...If still error persist...Check the below link

3) Check whether the parameter is set or not for icm/host_name_full, we can set this usingT-Code RZ10.

This will be done by BASIS guys

Thanks 4 reply...I need to add in the below format in hosts file system32

[IP]  <host>.<domain>.com

My host and port is

http://gcecc62:8000

What will be the IP and Domain???

So if i just add the

[IP]  <host>.<domain>.com in the hosts file in system 32 it should work is it??

But what is going to be the Ip mentioned there and domain.were to find it..

Hi Deepan,

    Run Transaction RZ11

Here we maintain various parameter values.

Give parameter name 'icm/host_name_full' and press enter. You will get the value of the host name

which need to be maintain in 'hosts'  file in your pc.

Try & check your application.

I looked into RZ11 tcode but i cant find anything abt HOST there...What to do...I have posted the Rz11 tcode screen shot

Hi Deepan,

Maintain Profile Val  and Current Values with HOST NAME for above PARAMETER.

Add like this in ur host file

IP(Server IP address)  <host>.<domain>.com

Thanks for help Issue solved...But still not able to open application in Ie ..but no problem in mozilla firefox..

Hi Deepan,

Some portal wont support IE 8.0 version. Its depend on which ENH pack of ur EP using.Please check your IE version if it is higher then check with some lower version.Check below link ...

Hi Deepan,

    Is this the same url link got generated afte creating a web dynpro application in ur component.

( i.e. In SE80 u have a web dynpro component zd_saptech1 dere u hav the application for the component which need to be executed in your browser)

your application should contain th following structure

<schema>://<host>.<domain>.<extension>:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/<namespace>/<application name>

you are having problem with <host>.<domain>.<extension> part.

Prob gcecc62 cannot be the full domain.

Also you can check the application in transaction 'SICF'

execute->default_host->sap->bc->webdynpro->sap->zd_saptech1

Prob there u cn reactivate the service and check once.

In host filee you must have the the IP adress & the domain name of your network.

like

[IP]  <host>.<domain>.com
