Issue in POD

Hi,

As per client requirement, We need to be able to attached pre-defined documents to the message. Example a POD message should always have a copy of the POD or a combination of the POD and the pack-list and the same should be sent or be available in EM. Our application system is TM 8.1.

Can we archive like Filenet  and then thru link appear in Web UI?

How to achieve this requirement.

Hi Indraneel.

I think there is a standard table available in the extractor function that is used for attaching documents (check the tables tab on the FM).

On the EM side you have to update the preprocessor for documents. You can find this in the Events/WCL config.

Can you kindly specify this in details.Also what are the config settings we need to do in WCL , that will enable us to achieve the functionality will be helpful
