How to trigger ISU_ASSESS work flow for read reason "22" (meter removal)

Hi All,

In current production system, ISU_ASSESS work flow is activated to do adjustment reversal if current month's actual periodic bill read is less than previous estimated read.

But this work flow does not trigger if we so a meter removal or exchange and enter an actual read which is less than previous estimated read.

I want to know if this is possible by changing some configuration or by any enhancement. As per my understading, standard configuration can be twisted only for read reason "09" or "10" (Control read). Is it possible for read reason for example "22". or can we create a new read reason (e.g z1) to accomplish this?

Any suggestion on this is highly appreciable.

Hi Sanjoy:

You can use the SAP enhancement: EDMASSES ("IS-U: User-Defined Validation for Overestimation"). In this you due insert your customer code, fill Y_ASSESSING_DATA and Y_USEXIT_ACTIVE='X'.
