Hello,
I have read some information about the SolMan 7.1 integration with SAP IT Infrastructure Management coming with SP05 and I have a doubt. From what I could see there will be an integration with IT Service Management regarding the Incident and Problem Management, and the Infrastructure object ID will be visible in the Incident screen. Can anyone confirm if that information will also be visible in the Request for Change in ChaRM? Some customers do not use Incident Management and start the process with the Request for Change, and they need to inform the Configuration Item that will be changed.

I ran this by SAP's John Krakowski and Evan Stoddard and they said yes, this is possible with ChaRM without incident management.

I am receiving the mail but the data what I am fetching from tables into smartform is not visible in the pdf (smartform) which i receive in the mail.
I am not able to find the error, I debugged as well. But I know I might be missing something.
Please suggest.
