Problem with MRP run

Hi Experts,

               We've created reservation for material for 200 quantity. We run MRP thereafter , got FG and then it was dispatched . Now, we need to produce 6 more quantities and when we are replacing quantities in the same line item (at reservation window under activity) with 206 and running MRP again then system is considering 206 quantities for MRP instead of 6 only. Even if we create a new reservation for the same material with 6 quantities and running MRP system is considering 206 again. Our requirement is that after getting 200 quantities as FG and making new requirement for 6 quantities system should do MRP for 6 quantities only and not for 206.

Please suggest a workaround for the same..

Experts,

            I got the solution. It was needed to select the checkbox "Final Issue" for the material under the tab "Proc.Param".We ran MRP again and it's working as required.
