SRM 702 Bidding engine New and Flexible RFx Response Comparison Screens

Dear All,

in SRM 7 EhP 2 we do have a improved comparison screen for bid responses.

The purchaser is able to add questions for the bidders on item as well as on header level and the bidders should answer those questions.

The questions can also be weighted but in the RFx response comparison the questions and the answers are not displayed only the weight is simulated to the purchaser.

Is there a possibility to display the questions and the relating answers of the bidders in the comparison screen?

Hi,

There is a feature of exporting all the bid responses to a excel  (Pop up screen after clicking on Responses and Awards).

The excel provides the details of bid questions with answers along with the price.

I tried all download and export funktions to excel but in none the questions and answers are displayed.

Do you have a screenshot or another short doco how this should look like?

Hi,

Please follow the below path.

1. Click on button "Responses and Awards" in the RFx screen.

2. Click the tab "Response Comparison"

3. Click button "Compare All Responses"

4. Select/Highlight Line items (Line with Item number with Internal Number)

5. Click the Link "Download Response Comparison"

The excel contains the details of weights also along with the vendor score for each questions.

So far you didn't have the request to display the questions and answers directly on the srm rfx comparison screen?

If you select the step 4 (my previous post) and click on the detail, it is available on portal screen also.

Hi,

Have you tried after simulating the questionnaire in the same portal screen.

For us in 7.01 it is available in the portal screen also. Not exactly sure about 7.02

I tried after simulation but now chance.

Could you provide me a screenshot of what you are talking about. I would expect SAP not to change things like this from EhP1 to EhP2.
