Change protocol of SOLAR01

Hi Guys,

is there any logging or recording of changes done on a project in SOLAR01?

For Example: Is it possible to detect, that someone deleted documents in the structure etc.?

Hi Martin,

Yes it is possible to do that this was a problem and required by many manager's earlier to build a report for the same.

I give you a simple solution

Simply enter tcode SOLAR_EVAL

choose Project -> History -> Documents (REPORT)

Provide the criteria and execute and you will get a wonderful report which can be downloaded to your local desktop.

This will resolve ur problem

Hi Martin,

Navigate to the relevant node in Solar01, and select the history button . It will display the documents which are uploaded or deleted by the users

Pls Find the History Button as marked as Red in the node
