You need to define the confirmation control key according to your requirement.

To populate the confirmation control key in PO either you can control through document type or you can maintain the purchase info record.It will populate confirmation control key in PO.

You need to configuration confirmations in SPRO.Then you need to decide which PO document type it is required.
