Hello Asif,
Details as below:
Config: Assign Calibration inspection type-14 to respective PM Order type.
Master Data:
1. You first create Maintenance Plan (IP41). Considering you've already an Equipments (IE01), General Taks List for equipment (IA05) created/available in system in PM module.
2. Then you schedule Maintenance Plan using IP10.
3. After Scheduling, system generates a Maintenance Order automatically in background.
4. Then you release Maintenace Order (IW32). Once PM order releaseed, an inspection lot is generated (Based on Configuration done).
5. Then process the Insp Lot (UD)n depending on which a status will be updated for an equipment.
6. Subsequently, process the Maintenace Order & close it.

Hello Anup,
Thanks for your valuable input, But whatever you mention on top all that be come from QM module or we required help of PM module too.Is every thing we have to maintain in QM module only?
Is any PDF document is there for
1) Create Equipment whose calibration need to be done(IE01)
2) Create Equipment tasklist (IA01)
3) Create maintenance plan(IP41) and assigne taklist and order type(PM05) in it.
4) Schedule maintenance plan(IP10) and can do manual call.

Asif

Hi Asif
For Calibration inspection
1) Create Equipment whose calibration need to be done(IE01)
2) Create Equipment tasklist (IA01)
3) Create maintenance plan(IP41) and assigne taklist and order type(PM05) in it.
4) Schedule maintenance plan(IP10) and can do manual call.
As soons as u save, inspeciton lot with lot origin 14 is generated.
In customizing assing order type PM05 to inspection type 14.
With regards
Manish
