Data Manager malfunction happens when touch tuple data

Hi every one,

I have a doubt on Data Manager execution.

When I select some tuple data level. There is some malfunction happens.

It is as follows;

1. The Data Manager is closed itself suddenly. It rarely happens.

2. When I select some specific item code and go to the tuple level of the item code. There is an error which is "Runtime Error!".

     It is "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library".

Do you have any ideas or solutions for this situation?

Is it normal?

Hello,

While installing the MDM GUI Client, did it ask for a Microsoft Patch for XML Parsing.

If yes, you need to update your Microsoft Patch.

If no, the re-install the GUI Client.
