Hi Experts,
Our trex queue server has been stopped and the error message is displayed in trex admin tool as given below,
Queue state: invalid
Error: 6002
QS error: queue not found
I searched in the trex queue server log file but i could get nothing out of it and i tried starting the queue server using the script, it failed showing a core dump error.
Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.
Our trex server runs on RHEL 5 server.
Many Thanks,
Shanthosh

Hello,
Check SAP note 808768 regarding possible reasons for corrupt queues and indexes.

Hi David,
Thanks you so much for your reply.
I read the SAP note 808768 and checked for any third party software in our trex server, but there is not such software accessing the trex directory.
Please find the below error log which is found in TREXQueueServerAlert log
[1164851520] 2012-05-11 11:49:54.099 e TreeStore | TreeStore.cpp(02699) : Can't convert byte-order in Q||guided_procedures||D|KeyUdivStore.* as type TREEs_i4 |

PS. sorry for the late response
