Pricing Calculation Condition Type Error

Problem:  SO is created in reference to Contract for same material & same Customer. All SO’s are created with the correct price except for two. The Condition Base value comes up around 90000.00 which is incorrect.  Please see screen shot.There are a lot of changes recorded on the Change log for the Item, which is not done by end user as they don’t have access to change the line items or pricing for orders received by EDI. All the changes happened when a pricing for header condition type was updated. I also couldnt find any error in the ALT CAL TYPE formula. We had a lot of sales orders created from the same contract, same customer, same material, same date and all of them have correct pricing. Please advise for any solution

Couldnt upload the screen shots but the error is in condition base value which sould be 1 (for the quantity ordered) where as it is coming up as 180.00. WHat is the Condition base value and how can this be fixed for an order thathas been already shipped. Also the actual price of the condition type is also not correct, instead of 800 , it coming up 560. WHere should i check the setting.
