Hi, Have anyone integrated SAP DMS documents in the SAP Help Center function? I know that you can use Solman documents and link them to the transaction help but I think Solman is a crappy document management system so I would prefer to use DMS instead. I guess that you have to use some ABAP to accomplish this. Has anyone made any dympro development in the Help Center?
Hi Kristoffer,
Did you get the connection between DMS and the SAP Help Center to work? I would like to do something similar.
Thanks,
Heidi

Hi Heidi,
I have not found a solution other than generating a URL in EasyDMS and then use it in SAP Help Center.
I think it would be possible to create a customer specific function for generating the same URL that EasyDMS uses from the SAP GUI. This link could then be used in the SAP Help Center.
I think it’s a shame that SAP don’t have this as a standard option but their strategy for storing system documentation and user instruction is to use SOLMAN so I guess that’s why they only support that type of integration.
