Printing error , Full Document could not be printed

Hi

   When i am trying to print multiple copy of invoices i am getting "Printing error Multiple Documents could not be printed" , reduce top & bottom margins.

I have made them 0 . Secondly i have tried copy from 1 pld to another new PLD. Still it is giving error. When i print single copy then it is working O.K

You need to check what settings are different between two companies.

What is your original top & bottom margins in the PLD? What is your B1 version and PL?
